How do you price your work?
No fixed licence fee. We agree what "value generated" means for your firm up front, then take 10% to 20% of it, capped and measured against your own records. And there's a 90-day guarantee: if we don't deliver results, you don't pay.
If the AI gets something wrong, who's accountable? Is privilege protected?
You stay accountable for the final decision exactly as you are today; the system's job is to show its working so you can check it before you rely on it, and because it runs inside your own infrastructure, privileged material never leaves your walls.
How long before we see results?
Engagements are built to show real, measurable results inside 90 days, not a multi-year transformation programme. If they don't land in that window, that's on us.
Where does our data live? Is it private?
It can run entirely inside your own infrastructure. Your data stays yours — nothing has to leave your walls for the system to work.
